Established in 1982, Life Centers is dedicated to affirming the value of life by providing compassionate care to women facing unplanned pregnancies in Central Indiana.

Committed staff and volunteers at our six pregnancy centers provide free, confidential services including pregnancy tests, ultrasound exams, one-on-one peer counseling, and post-abortive support. We also meet the material needs of expectant mothers by providing maternity and baby clothing, diapers, bottles and other baby items.

At the heart of our life-saving mission is a passion to show the love of Jesus.  We believe that the hope found in Jesus Christ is the greatest hope for those facing pregnancy decisions.

Life Centers relies on the many different volunteers to help us contain costs and raise our standard of care. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out a volunteer interest form. Here are just a few of the areas where you can apply your gifts and talents to save babies and transform lives:

Peer Counseling as a Client Advocate

You can save lives. Life Centers Client Advocates compassionately share the love of Christ and accurate medical information with women making pregnancy decisions. Click here for more information about becoming a Life Centers Client Advocate.

Center Receptionists

Show compassion to those visiting our pregnancy centers by offering a welcoming smile and a kind word. Center Receptionists play a crucial role in making clients feel welcome while assisting with daily center tasks, such as answering phones, clerical support, and data entry.

Ultrasound Professional (RDMS)

To help reach the thousands of women Life Centers sees each year, we offer free pregnancy tests, education on pregnancy and sexual health issues, and ultrasounds. We are always excited to add trained medical and ultrasound professionals to our volunteer pool to help raise our standard of care.    

Life Ambassador

Life Ambassadors are the liaisons between Life Centers and their churches or communities. Life Ambassadors LINK their churches with current ministry resources and materials, INFORM others of ministry news and activities, FIND friends and other members to support or volunteer, and ENCOURAGE event participation. These key volunteers commit to one year in which they recruit others to participate in the mission, communicate with staff through mail, e-mail, and occasional meetings, and receive promotional material and other resources. Event Help

The Celebration of Life Banquet, the Walk + Run for Life, baby showers, bottle drives, etc. There is a need for additional help with putting on all of our events.

Prayer Intercessors 

Without prayer, Life Centers would not exist. We need as many people as possible praying for us. Prayer intercessors commit to regularly praying for Life Centers.
