Scholarships Available:

Tyler Lynn Hope Scholarship

Offered with deep gratitude to the Busche, Schoen, Spoon, and Kirkwood families, this scholarship provides grief counseling and support for children and families experiencing loss due to suicide.

Gary Frye Hope Scholarship

Created in memory of Gary Frye, whose love for children, joyful spirit, and unwavering faith continue to inspire. This scholarship supports families experiencing loss due to terminal illness.

The Beasley Family Hope Scholarship

This scholarship is in honor of Aaron Beasley, who understands how God can take ashes and turn them into beauty, even in the midst of divorce and family transitions. At Joshua Center, we understand how divorce can bring profound grief, loss, and uncertainty for children and families.

The Calvert Family Fostering Hope Scholarship

This scholarship is inspired by a family of six brothers who learned early that family is built by love, commitment, and showing up for one another. It exists to remind children with foster care experience that their stories matter; their voices deserve to be heard, and healing is possible.

Tolle Family Adoption Scholarship

Established in honor of the Tolle Family, this scholarship supports children and families navigating the joys and complex grief that can accompany the adoption journey.

Children of Johnson County Scholarship

Supports children and families in Johnson County experiencing loss of all kinds, ensuring access to grief care when it is needed most.

Children of Shelby County Scholarship

Provides grief support services to children and families in Shelby County, navigating loss.

Children of Colombia Scholarship

Extends grief support services to children and families in Colombia, offering hope and healing beyond borders.

Throughout the year, we will continue opening new scholarships to support families navigating many different types of loss because no family should have to walk through grief alone.
